Go one step further and have a brook or stream created and stock it with fish. You’ll be able to spend hours back there just watching life happen. One of the best aspects of a garden is that it will always be a work in progress. If you spend a lot on it, make sure you get some garden insurance to cover any damage that might occur. You’ll probably be adding to that space for as long as you own your home, and those who own the house after you’re gone will be able to enjoy the fruits of your labour for generations.
